Finally down a pound :)

Well, slow and steady wins the race I guess. I weighed myself yesterday and was finally down a pound or 2. (148) I haven't felt any major stumbling blocks lately. I still have to go thoroughly through my portion control.  I would also like to do one more cardio activity a week. Zumba is very high cardio that gives me a little happy boost:)
